Terms of Service - SeniorRestPlace

Effective as of January 1, 2025. Welcome to SeniorRestPlace at Senior Retreat Center, operated by SeniorRestPlace. By using our site and services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

1.1 Retreat Reservations

Reservations for Senior Retreat Center offerings can be made via our site. Deposits or full fees are collected at booking. If you cancel at least 14 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Cancellations made less than 14 days before are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled once at no extra cost, subject to availability. Some special packages explicitly state no refunds; such details appear on the package description page.

1.2 Service Transfers

You may request to transfer your reservation to a different date by contacting us through the contact form. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original date. Transfers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers.

2. Informational Products

Digital materials such as guides or courses sold on SeniorRestPlace are available for review immediately after purchase. If you find the material unsuitable, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original purchase method.

3. Physical Products

Merchandise orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery if the products are unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, please use the contact form for instructions. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund within 10 business days.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Procedures

All approved refunds are issued to the method used for payment. Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after approval. For services eligible for rescheduling, you may choose a new date instead of a refund. No refunds are offered for one-day workshops explicitly marked as non-refundable.
